![]() ![]() Jim started his coaching career at Dynamo Swim Club in Atlanta, Georgia and worked his way from an age group coach to a national-level senior coach, where he had his first Junior National qualifier and his first National Junior Team member. He was a six-time All-American, NCAA finalist and an American Record holder in the 200 Medley Relay. Jim attended the University of Tennessee and was selected as team captain during his last two years on the swim team. Coach Jessica lives in Lovettsville with her husband, Joe, and their six cats. Jessica served a two-year term on the Potomac Valley Swimming Board as Senior Coaches Representative and has spent the last several years on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board, and was recently chosen as the PVS DEI Chair for the 2021-2023 term. She has also been selected to the coaching staff for USA Swimming’s Eastern Zone Select Camp, Eastern Zone Diversity Select Camp, National Select Camp, and National Diversity Select Camp, and was chosen to serve as Head Coach of the Western Zone Select Camp in May of 2022 and as Head Coach of the Western Zone Diversity Select Camp before it was canceled due to the pandemic. Jessica has coached many USA Swimming Top- 10 and Top-20 athletes over the years, including National Age Group Record breakers, and has had multiple swimmers invited to and attend a variety of Select Camps. She has worked with swimmers ranging from beginners to Olympic Trial qualifiers and is ASCA Level 4 certified. Jessica has over twenty-five years of coaching experience, working with summer league, high school, triathlon, Special Olympic, and USA club teams in Michigan and the Northern Virginia area. She has an extensive swimming background dating back to her local age group program in Michigan and then through high school, college, and master’s programs. ![]() Jessica Fry-Mack began coaching at NCAP in the summer of 2009 and has been Head Coach at Claude Moore since 2016.
